About Us
BIOTEQ creates a unique range of products and applications from natural resources for the wellbeing of all living things. Our FulviSome™ technology enables us to transport the benefits of Fulvic Acid, and other bio-active compounds, right to where it matters. We have proved that when used correctly, Fulvic Acid enhances general wellbeing, builds resistance against infection and ailments, and assists in repairing damage to living cells. We are able to achieve this through applying Fulvic Acid through the digestive system, the skin and nasal passages.
Founders
Henry Deale
A passion to add value to the environment, plant, animal and human life as well as a belief that one should leave the planet in a better state than when you found it - pretty much sums up Henry Deale.
A chemist and adventurer at heart, Henry founded Bioteq in 2013 after discovering the benefits of Fulvic Acid on his personal health. His background and training in analytical chemistry, and more specifically as a research scientist with an interest in cellular biochemistry, motivated him to establish a business network around the product range. His ultimate aim? “That Bioteq will become a world leader in sustainable preventative technologies. The range of potential products that can be formulated using the Fulvisome technology is endless.”
Gerhard Kempen
Gerhard approaches projects with intellectual imagination, believing passion and commitment drive significance in delivery – while a splatter of fun adds spirit to the process! This sums up the man behind Bioteq’s marketing and sales.
Gerhard is a qualified engineer with B. Engineering (Civil) from the University of Stellenbosch. He has an MBA from the University of Pretoria, to which he has added a slew of diplomas in Leadership Development and Supply Chain, Financial and Strategic Management. He is passionate about process and creating value chains, as well as health and wellbeing, having in his varied career developed preventative healthcare and wellbeing models as well as a unique renewable energy source.
Jaco Deale
Jaco is currently completing his BSc. Degree in microbiology and physiology at North West University in Potchefstroom. He started his career as production supervisor and lab assistant in a forensic laboratory, and later worked on a number of farms overseeing crop dusting and the preparation of fields for planting season. He joined Bioteq in 2014 responsible for the research and development into new formulations for preventative health in people and has attended a course in nematology also at North West University.
Jaco has also been responsible for many of the agricultural trials into the application of Fulvic acid in farming, thereby stimulating the development of many new products for this sector.
